Between Spectre being a lamer Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation and the severe lack of Idris Elba if not for Fukunaga I was going to skip this one on the theatre. Guess they got me...

Ahaha this shit was terrible. I'm sorry, I don't want to piss anyone off but oh my lordy lord. Ahahaha. The only thing that annoys me is that Benioff and Weiss are going to coast on this insane mega hit for the rest of their careers that they got handed by a much better writer.

The Ser Brienne scene:

Loved it! Epic shit. It's so weird to go back and watch Iron Man 1 and see how fantastical and super-hero-y the movies became (and mainstream at that). Insane cultural transformation. I have no idea how the Russos were able to sustain the brutal amount of tension until the final battle (kids were going ape shit throughout the entire scene), it was insanely cathartic, all the little moments were perfect. I found myself rooting and hoping someone would just cave Thanos head in, but him seeing everything crumbling and dusting away and just resigning and accepting the loss was amazing. This 13-14 year old next to me started bawling during this scene and didn't stop until the credits rolled. I almost hugged the kid, but his parent/older sibling were comforting him throughout. It made the movie better by about 5%. Amazing experience.

I really don't even care about wrestling but New Day makes me happy.

The dude has made millions of dollars from people breaking their bodies and dying in their 50's and people are acting mad that his workers are going "Man, this job fucking sucks and does not make me happy at all. Just saw it and thought it was pretty dope, my friends didn't like it but couldn't really tell me why. Loved the performances, the sound design and soundtrack, some really cool/creepy visuals at the end with the dance and the rabbits. Some gals in the row behind us were laughing a whole lot during most of the movie which I was kind meh and reminded me how I love empty theaters so much. I have no idea what people are saying about this movie around the internets so I'm gonna check some stuff. Would love to read more impressions on the thread.

Last week was insane! I had this big lead all the way to the last 2 days and ended up squeaking by just 9 points. Ooooof. Honestly, it's all on Harden. My second best dude is Conley and he's just 27th overall, Dipo would have been around that placing as well I think, maybe top20.

Shaun (the guy from the videos) talks about his experience as angry white dude 10 or so years ago and how he grew up from that, how he would be a prime target back in those days for the Cernovich's, Molyneux's, etc from current day internet and his plans to attempt to connect and dissuade other angry white dudes to turn to the dark side.
