  1. 19 million for Wade in year two? Not nearly the haircut I expected...
  2. I would, but I fear they would be playing Leprechaun movies on endless repeat there.
  3. The character that killed all interest in slasher films for a generation...
  4. After four years of anticipation, I was not disappointed. O'Malley really is amazing.
  5. I have no clue how Shout Factory pulled off getting this together given the ownership rights are spread over at least three studios.
  6. http://www.amazon.com/Leprechaun-Blu-ray/dp/B00LLAV26O/ref=pd_ys_sf_s_2644980011_a1_1_p?ie=UTF8&refRID=1MDKG68B31RG94PDG1PS And our annual parade of new box-sets of horror franchises continues with... Leprechaun? Well, not every set can be a winner.
  7. My mistake, it appears it's only one disc for the second Zombie film, with the 15th disc being bonus features. So, yeah, it's Halloween (Original blu-ray release) Halloween (35th anniversary blu-ray release + mono mix finally included) Halloween II Halloween II (not sure if this is both of the separate blu-ray releases or what, honestly) Halloween III: Season of the With Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers Producer's Cut (aka Halloween 666) Halloween H20 Twenty Years Later Halloween: Resurrection Rob Zombie's Halloween Rob Zombie's Halloween (not sure if this a separate disc for each cut, or if it will have the amazing Michael Lives making-of documentary) Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 Bonus features 107 days til Halloween, Halloween, Halloween 107 days til Halloween
  8. Oh and two discs for part 2 iirc.
  9. Both blu ray releases of the original (TV cuts of 1 and 2 are also included.) Separate discs for Curse and Producer's Cut. Then two discs for each of Zombie's movies. Supposed to be quite a bit of new features as well.
  10. Are you all aware of the insanely awesome 15 disc Halloween blu-ray box set coming out in September?
  11. This reminds me of my all-time favorite Weird Al "controversy" when Coolio was complaining about Amish Paradise. First, if he really didn't give permission, then he is fully within his rights to be mad. But then he was talking about how "Gangster's Paradise" was a serious song about a real issue (true) and not something like "Beat It." *record scratch noise* BEAT IT IS ABOUT THE EXACT SAME DAMN TOPIC YOU MORON.
  12. "There is nothing I hate more than a bad argument for a position I hold."
  13. The Stereo Box Set is more or less the most complete set. Has all 12 canon studio albums plus the two disc Past Masters that collects up all the singles not on the albums and the Long Tall Sally EP. On the other hand, a lot of people (including myself) would argue that the mono versions are better for at least the first several albums. But the mono box doesn't have Let It Be, Yellow Submarine*, or Abbey Road. *The four original tracks on Yellow Submarine are on the Mono Masters version of Past Masters, but a couple of songs that never had mono mixes are missing. So, yeah, Stereo is definitely the most complete version. The recent U.S. albums box set has alternate takes on a few songs, alternate mixes on quite a few, but it's not got everything and it's more of a nostalgia trip for people who grew up with the original U.S. lps or a curiosity for people like me who are obsessed with all things Beatles. In conclusion, get the Stereo set unless you're a fairly serious audiophile or a bigger Beatles fan than I got the impression from your post. And I would personally advise buying Let It Be... Naked separately because it is a mostly improved version of that album.
  14. Oh, and I am stealing this from a comment on With Leather's article about this article, and paraphrasing, but: The Rock's Samoan history is definitely why he was champion, following in the footsteps of former great Samoan WWF champions like Yokozuna and.... Yokuzona.
  15. The worst part was the article originally didn't mention The Rock at all. Then the author said something on twitter about how "I can't make The Rock a black man just because people want him to be." And then he added the wishy-washy "Samoan, not black" part in the article. It has a lot of valid points that he undercuts himself on by being a moron.
  16. Note I haven't killed myself yet. It could've been 2/16 and it still would've been a better deal than the Meeks one. Sorry Brian. Low blow. I hate you.
  17. Last year the East hit lows not seen in quite a few seasons. The conference doesn't have to even approach good to improve on that.
  18. Honestly, if Monroe leaves, Smith wouldn't be nearly as bad playing primarily at the 4. But he wouldn't be as good as having Monroe there and an actual wing at the 3...
  19. Honestly, I think I owned it on cassette. Yikes.
  20. *furiously looks up shooting percentages Well, he's better than Smith. Anyone want a slightly used Josh Smith?
  21. The booking is obvious here, guys. Cleveland #1 seed, Miami #4 or #5, big time second round matchup.
  22. Funny enough, it just started playing at my closest theater this week. Ah, Clare, home of one of the vanishingly rare single screen theaters. (They did have Transformers 4 for opening week, and held it a second week...)
  23. I got a free hd digital copy of that movie, and it was worth every penny. (I vaguely remember enjoying a few scenes here and there)
