  1. That's weird as hell... Like, they aren't on your list even if you look through the system itself? I know there's sometimes a lag between getting the trophies on the system and seeing them on the app.
  2. Cap is easily my favorite character in the MCU but I don't like the idea of him coming back. They completed his story arc, as well as Tony's, pretty perfectly in Endgame... but I guess it's a good thing they showed in that very movie a way to de-age somebody, if needed (running time though Scott vs running Scott through time).
  3. Playing the Scott Pilgrim game is definitely more enjoyable if you're a fan of the comics and/or movie - both of which I like, specifically the movie. Otherwise yeah it's just a beat em up ?
  4. A few years back Sylvain Sylvain did an acoustic tour with Glenn Matlock, my band and another band of friends got to open up. Both dudes were really nice, friendly, humble, etc. Bummer to hear he's passed...
  5. AND ANOTHER THING... Can Tully take a bump? I honestly forget, but he's been such an asshole that he's due for a punch in the face.
  6. It's probably been said before but goddamn it is stupid as hell to have all of the face wrestlers at ringside singing along to Judas. Hell, I saw the Top Flight dudea grooving along - y'all should be BOOING that/these assholes! Danny Limelight getting a chance to shine on the main show was cool to see. That was the best Brian Cage has looked so far, and basically the role he should be filling - just brutalizing machine who has to make a mistake to be stopped. Loved the table spot as it was not telegraphed at all, just came out of nowhere which made it seem all the more violent. Eddie Kingston is incredible.
  7. You do know, alternatively, you could simply not engage in those conversations, right? Just because you disagree with what other people are posting doesn't mean you need to say anything. It was asked that people not bring up politics in the wrestling forum, even when they're tied directly to wrestlers and the business. It's fine to ask that but you can't expect people to answer it the way you want it to be answered. There are plenty of other times where the conversation is about something completely different, and nothing compels any single poster here to need to be a part of that conversation. Just because somebody absolutely adores Jerry Lawler's punches doesn't mean I NEED to chime in with a disagreement, and certainly doesn't mean I need to expect people to agree with me. But then again arguing with fans of Jerry Lawler's punches would be just wild ?
  8. No you see, the point is that dude is SO fucking Satanic that he can even be in a field of cattails and be alllllll about the dark lord. It would be even better if there was another record with the cover having him in a candy shop or something screaming at his hands yet again. All Satan Everywhere.
  9. Frankly, all of this is why trying to separate politics from wrestling is extremely difficult. It's a form of entertainment many of us love that is filled with some really wonderful people and some truly abhorrent people, and unfortunately the reality is that so many folks are willing to be open about their politics that it's impossible to separate the performance from the performer. To a lot of us, I would even say the majority on here, we see Kevin Owens say shit like that and we love it... and of course there is the flip (Gordon?) side. It's not like other arts don't suffer from the same thing. It is what it is, and really always has been.
  10. Man, I'd choose Culver's over Shake Shack ANY day, and that's with the closest Shack being over an hour away and Culver's being 10+. Easily my top burger chain. I only ever had O'Charleys once, in NC, had some underwhelming chicken tenders and ribs. Fucking love club sandwiches, though...
  11. Oooooh gonna look out for that. Shake Shack certainly isn't my favorite and their prices are a bit much, but when they do something right they definitely nail it. I've recently fallen in love with Jersey Mike's. For some weird reason there is only a single location here in NH and a handful south of Boston, so even though it's common as fuck elsewhere, it was a fairly new try recently and they're now my absolutely favorite national (ish) sub shop. Gimme that Italian, Mike's Way!
  12. DAMN, that's one cool as fuck bundle but damn, I can't justify spending that kinda cash.
  13. I only watch Dynamite, sometimes live and sometimes recorded. My main time killer is videogames or watching movies with the fam. Used to watch all the WWE shows but yeah, all set with that company even if some of the talent is incredible.
  14. Nice, it's very fun - and fairly short. There's an infinite money exploit from the original that's hopefully still in there.
  15. Are there any board members that live or work in that area? Hopefully they can check in at some point. I'm very fucking worried for the city because this is in broad daylight - who the hell knows what's going to happen when the sun goes down?
  16. @Caseyyou will be playing more with Ellie! As for the end of the game, it fully ends - you'd have to do a replay to get everything.
  17. I went balls-out combat in my first Miles Morales playthrough, then on NG+ did more stealth - which was needed for certain trophies. It plays well each time but you're right - the fights are SO satisfying.
  18. I loved HZD but haven't touched it since getting the Platinum, and that was before the DLC. Once I clean up some stuff started already, I'll dive back into the entire thing with NG+ and The Frozen Wilds. Looking forward to experiencing it all again, and this time with a PS5 and 65" screen.
  19. I'm not necessarily saying I want Cole in AEW, but I cannot imagine a safer bet for somebody to jump ship. A quick Google search says Sami Zayn's contract is up this summer/fall. THAT would be somebody I'd wanna see switch companies. Daniel Bryan is apparently in the same boat but I doubt he'd turn down whatever truckload of money HHH will offer. Honestly, besides Cesaro, there aren't a huge number of WWE men I'd wanna see sign with AEW. I'd rather see some indy dudes and truly SO many WWE/NXT/indy women. That division needs so much help, whereas the men's roster is solid.
  20. Anybody ever say when Adam Cole's contract is up? There's no way he isn't immediately in AEW, and that'll be another talent to book the upper mid card around.
  21. That's my most anticipated game thus far - actually not thinking we're gonna be getting a lot of other PS5 games for a while. My son's dying for Elden Ring, but that's his business.
  22. My eyes are tired and dry from tonight... Just beautiful. I hope it's not just swept aside for the sake of storyline. The Dark Order absolutely should come out of tonight as faces, it won't feel right otherwise.
  23. My daughter LOVES Taylor Swift so that was a positive here, too. She also got really into indy music. She plays stuff in the car, lots of great new shit I otherwise would've missed mixed in with stuff like Pavement and Cocteau Twins. Ah, and my teenage son became a Souls-game master and is finally better than dad at videogames ??
  24. It would be impossible to say 2020 sucked in a way that hasn't been said before, but out of these 365 days, surely some good things happened to us all - so let's talk about it and revel in some much (always?) needed positivity! * We bought a house! In July, my wife and I closed on our first house after 8 years of apartment life. It's my second (house and marriage), but it still felt amazing, and getting the kids a home was always super important to us! * My daughter came out! I touched on some tough times in the Dad Zone, but besides doing better since, she felt comfortable to be fully out with everybody. There's been some negatives to that - judgemental shitheads gonna judge - but she's had nothing but love and support from her parents/stepmom! I also acknowledged my own lack of straightness to her, which was very wholesome! * We got a PS5! I mean, that was just kinda cool and lucky... * I made over $10K in overtime! This meant I had to work a ton of OT traveling, but it was worth it (hence house, PS5, etc). Speaking of travel/work - yeah, not the best time to be seeing the country but so be it. 69 nights in hotels, a shit ton of new food I've never tried, and I've now been to or through all the main 48 United States! * Maybe more added as I think about it... So, friends, what good shit happened to y'all???
