When iPods where the hotness I’ve went with a Creative Zen also it had a huge amount of storage too (for the time) I think it’s 100 or 200 GB I was able to fit so much stuff on it and the interface was so much easier to navigate than with the iPod wheel thing. I still have it around here somewhere all loaded up with a a shot load of music (and a Regal shoot interview which was always jarring to come up when shuffling but damn it’s entertaining)

At a house party ska show back in my college days there was on asshole trying to start a full on mosh pit so the singer went over and punched him in the face and the rest of us had a good laugh and didn’t see him the rest of the night. Good times great memories

Truly saddening news. Such a young age and with a young family. Bray was a very creative individual and could do some really great promo work and was way more athletic than his build would lead you to believe. I envisioned him having a long career both in front of the camera and behind. Feel so sad for his whole family.

Terry is, in my opinion, the best ever, the one true GOAT. He was top tier in ever aspect and was completely selfless because he knew the show would go on and that his job was to do the right thing for the show he was on. A class act and kind soul a rare thing in the crazy business he chose. RIP Funker you gave us everything you could and we’re all the better for it.

I honestly forgot Piper even had a WCW run in the late 90s. He should of just stayed away from wrestling after the early 90s (maybe even late 80s) cause all he did was diminish his legacy.

I believe I saw (not purposefully just posted in a thread on a message board at the time) some fan pictures from the Droz accident posted online shortly after it happened (if I remember the angle didn’t really show anything but D’lo’s back for the accident and a shot of Droz going up for the powerbomb) but I don’t remember any fan cam footage being talked about, thankfully. The Villano and Buff ones I remember pretty clearly. Especially the Villano one because of Ravens immediate breaking of kayfabe to try to help really let you know something bad happened.

That’s the belt that’s basically the top belt of the US based NJPW people used to be for the weekly NJPW Strong show but now they’ve changed the frequency of the shows and the need for the STRONG belts is kinda muddy but it’s for NJPW US shows mostly. In the grand scheme of NJPW it’s a mid or lower card belt. But for the guys who mainly work in US it’s kind of the top belt I’m sure that cleared up nothing.

RIP DEAN DEAN, in my opinion, is the best writer about wrestling. His humor and overall positive focus on wrestling did indeed rule the motherfucking world. My thoughts go to his family and family. l never met DEAN or regularly interacted with him here, but I’ve even around here for over half my life and he was big reason why and I’m going to truly miss his presence.
