No “one weird trick,” or anything. Just a bunch of adjustments. I’d been told in high school to look up instead of down at the floor, which was a mistake (at least for me) it took me until recently to correct. The other way was putting a ton of pressure on my neck.
Otherwise, I had to move my hands down, because I was hitting shoulders almost as much as my chest, and raise my hips like an inch.

Thanks! Though I’ll never be able to afford 95-lbs weights, so maybe I’m just out of luck.
I just have dumbbells at home (and a stationary bike).

My back seems disproportionately undeveloped compared to everything else, yet I target it just as often as everything else.
Any suggestions? I’m just using free weights at home.

I assume it’s just ninja = good, samurai = bad. I’d probably have to know more about Shingen Takeda and Oda Nobunaga than what I’ve gleamed from the Samurai Warriors games.

Feb 24: Nakajima vs. Ryo Inoue

Few more men who fought in AJPW before are wrestling on the Excite Series March 10th date... so Ryoji Sai, Yutaka Yoshie, and MAZADA.
