I love front offices that don't actually let the coach do his job and when he actually does they hold it against him. Whether he's good or bad at it, at least let him make the decisions that he's supposed to.

Wasn't it 100 eps back in the day when seasons had a lot more than 22 episodes? That would seem to make sense with the 4 season number.

100 doesn't seem to be the target point for syndication necessarily anymore. I can think of several shows that have gotten it without hitting that mark recently.

He's been nothing since he first left the Raiders, so I'm not sure how surprising it is. It makes you wonder what happened to him or was his actual ability disguised by the Raiders defense or what?
