I've mentioned before that I've seen a beard vs beard match live. It was Cody Deaner vs "The Bearded Dragon" Scotty Turner. Deaner won but refused to cut Turner's beard due to it's gloriousness and asked him to be his tag partner instead. That might have been the best Dynamite I've ever seen. Even with Jericho vs Takeshita besides the finish. I'm so glad AEW exists for shows like this. They have their issues but when they kill it, they KILL it.

My only complaint about tonight's Collision is The Righteous being apart of the FTGarcia-HOB pull apart. Why would they care about order? Splendid show otherwise.

Swerve vs Page was so good, it made me stop being irrationally angry that AEW thinks a Texas Death Match is the same as a Last Man Standing. Take out the Brian Cage interference and it's damn near perfect. Rest of the show happened. Aubrey and Knox are really bad at reffing.

I'm not one for foul language but that was a darn fine wrestling show.

Fox vs Swerve, Darby vs Archer, Emi vs Willow and the main were great. Samoa Joe vs Keith Lee is going to happen and one of the jobbers in the Kingdom squash literally had my first and middle name thereby making this the best episode of any pro wrestling show ever. Sorry Mid South with the Flair-DiBiase-Murdoch angle, you've been replaced.

I dug the opener and the main. Everything else was meh. I really like all the people gunning for the world champ as they should be. Also in kayfabe, Mrs. Hangman is either an incredibly deep sleeper or very negligent as a mother.

For "The Last Stampede" series of matches between The Midnight Express vs Stagger Lee and Bill Watts, I think most of those had either "Cornette wears a dress" or "Cornette has to dress as a baby" stipulations if the Midnights lost. The Midnights lost every match.

After that ending, I really hope next week's NXT opens with a kid holding a snowglobe with a miniature CWC inside.
