I'm sorry but this is just no contest & I will unapologetically make a vote based on status and achievements

UG is one of the staples from the period where my life totally revolved around wrestling tapes and really one of the best all-round workers I've ever seen, but kazuchika okada in this past year has just completely convinced me about everything he does & I vote for him by default

yo this is definitely a grueling match-up, but when I think about it, PAC came up as the dude who could do more flips than other dudes, and Claudio came up as (well okay, first as a sleazy indy looking fake rich dude with really cheap gear) an unimaginably strong dude with the dream body for wrestling, a really nice overall old school feel about everything he does and an ability to make anyone he can possibly face look like a million bucks

they really are two of the best, and I swear it's not cos I'm still marking out over having a beer with him ten years ago, but minoru suzuki has just been one of the best for much longer than kota

Over at SSS someone mentioned Doering complained about not being paid for the Kenta Kpbashi's show from last year on facebook. It seems to relate to that. yeah, he's since retracted his comments more or less, apologizing to kobashi & explaining it was a miscommunication

watched this for the first time in a minute.. KENTA/Devitt was pretty fly! like.. really edited and WWE-y, but assuming stuff gets more time at next week's show, I think I tuned in at the right moment.

I still love how it somehow makes sense he spins in the same direction Kerry did before delivering the blow, even though he got hit on the left cheek.

Love the dude coming into puroresu just now and shitting on a legendary ref. pr. Mhauro Rhanhallo has his exaggerated announcy voice and it's a bit of an acquired taste (well, a relinquished distaste) and his POODLERESSOU is up there with Matt Striker's, but him and Josh are a sick ass announce team from where I'm sitting and make JR/Striker look like the mailer-inners they KIND OF were at WK9.

So İ just have to share that İ am on a 12hr bus ride from istanbul to fethiye right now, and despite the fact that the toilets at rest stops are holes in the ground, there are somehow fucking tablets in the back of every seat, but the internet is too slow to watch Rings matches on youtube, so İ am now sitting on a turkish cross country bus reading dvdvr 172 and it's totally surreal <3

What an amazing show. Just non-stop awesome, great main events, and I mean.. Makabe/Ishii.. One nearfall made me get out of my seat involuntarily, walk to another room & back, and sit back down. Straight up. Main.. I am a fan of this match-up & this version was done excellently. Tears and goosebumps when Okada left (props to Gedo and his ENTIRE FACE, what a supporting actor during the post-match). ps. And yeah, Matt Striker. Too bad. And him repeating "they're (IWC's) gonna crucify us no matter what" doesn't mean he shouldn't be, fucking smark. Smarking all over THE show. pps. Oh fuck I forgot Honma! One of my very first puro sweethearts in the early 00s, languishing in limbo for years and now this really wonderful pay-off. I didn't even know he'd gotten so mega over now. People gobbled it up. I popped so hard for that finish. I cried a little bit.
