  1. I'm guessing bs being fed to Dave. Kagetsu wouldn't have had any powers in management so she couldn't fine anyone in the first place. The trainer and locker room leader position was shared with Mayu from whats been seen. Maybe she was bad mouthing Bushiroad behind the scenes, but there was nothing in plain view that pointed to her having issues with them. Honestly, Kagetsu retiring didn't make Stardom look bad in the first place so whoever fed him that was a dumbass if they thought it would help. Kagetsu herself posted a blog about her decision to retire. Seems to be basically come down to her achieving her goals for/in Stardom and the restructure being a good time for it. On the other hand Hazuki's retirement does seem to have more behind it.
  2. Shotguns kills came easier than expected though I had to go to a hyper aggressive play style which was annoying since not my usual style for Crucible. Went ahead and knocked out the first step or the Chaperone as well. HC kills were ridiculously easy. I went with Crimil's Dagger and Luna's Howl. Did not realize how powerful Crimil's Dagger was before. It might end up my goto once I'm done masterworking some of the crucible exotics. I only won a couple of games, but I was usually within the top 2 on my team when using it. They did. All the steps are down to a simple number ranging between 5, 10, 15, 20, & 30.
  3. Think I'm on the final quest step for this seasons IB's armor. Its one that will either be super easy if you are good and lucky or fairly douchey and annoying. You need 10 rocket launcher kills. Keep in mind they actually decreased the amount of ammo you pick up for rocket launchers.
  4. Her last Stardom is actually 1/26. Its a shame. She was easily the best on the mic and one of the top 5 in Stardom the past two years. On the other hand it probably shouldn't be too surprising since her original retirement was delayed only because of some conversation she had with Io that also led to her joining Stardom officially in the first place. Figured she would retire within the next 3-4 years, not this soon. She apparently wants Natsuko Tora to take over Oedo Tai though I doubt that happens. Sounds like the month between her final Stardom show and her retirement will be spent as her old self working other promotions.
  5. Never played the games outside of half an hour of 3, and I never read the books. Enjoyed it a good deal.
  6. If they are smart they will let it stick and use it as an excuse to bring Hank back eventually.
  7. The women's matches interest me a little. Not sure I care about anything else.
  8. Wasn't Eddie actually the one who didn't want to do it the sketch? I recall something from Norm McDonald about him not wanting to simply kick Cosby when he was down. I loved the Mr. Robinson and Velvet Jones sketches.
  9. Wow, I haven't read any Iron an in years, but have kept up with some of the bigger news. That sounds incredibly depressing.
  10. I'm kind of digging the Liv videos. The 24/7 stuff with Tozawa and Truth was fun. Charlotte/Chelsea was a nice little showcase for Green. Aside from Charlotte/Chelsea and the last half of Rey/Seth I honestly didn't pay a super amount of attention to the matches tonight. I did like what I saw of OC vs. Orton/Raiders and Owens/Rawley. Loved Joe on commentary tonight. Really dug how he was getting more and more pissed off about Rollins and AOP as the night went on. Made the ending all the better when he stood up to them. Its a damn shame Joe came in so late after so much wear and tear. Even with it I kind of still want him to get a cup of coffee as champ
  11. Talking about the netflix redux, not the original. Have oddly never seen that one.
  12. Was wondering how the hell you give a gift to Riven. That is nice to know. I finished the Saint-14 quests like you did. It was neat story wise though again it was weird doing another fighter clearly designed for a fireteam. Now I need to focus on raising my obelisk ranks and linkign them to the tower via timelost weapons. Forgetting the name, but I really like the redux sidearm from the Osiris dlc. I got a feeding frenzy/dragonfly roll. It is awesome. Surprisingly got the Komodo with only one win in Survival. Did not realize I was already so close to heroic since I mostly recall losing the past week. I must have done well in week 1 of the season. Now only the shotgun is left. I should be ok just focusing on kills. Not sure when I will actually get to it though since I plan to catch up on the Stardom shows I'm behind on today and tomorrow.
  13. Honestly, its the fault of both and Lucasfilms/Disney. The way JJ did TFA set up issues Johnson had to fix with TLJ. The way Johnson ended TLJ didn't create any set up for a finale and instead left room for another 2-3 films. Lucasfilms/Disney should have had some overarching story planned out to some degree from the beginning. No one is innocent here as far as the filmmakers go.
  14. This pretty much sums up how it is for me as well. Hopefully whatever last time trailer they do for Netflix shows when starting a new season will be enough.
  15. Finished Expanse Thursday. Pretty damn good though I was disappointed with one of the characters killed at the end. Really hoping there is another season since I can't wait to see the ramifications of the very end. Finished the Witcher last night. Never played the games, but I was fairly entertained throughout and though it was solid-good season. Next up is Lost in Space S2 when it releases. It will not be anywhere near as good as the other two.
  16. Miz had to be pulled off by the ref multiple times and tried to break Bray's arm.
  17. Wow, I totally missed that. Had no idea the two were even an item. Kind of wonder if that was ok to mention.
  18. Wow, that just pisses me off even more. Why the waste?
  19. He is kind of running most of Marvel now so that won't be happening. I do recall rumors of them looking at giving him a Star Wars film.
  20. I saw some of the original, but it either wasn't finished being fan subbed a the time or I lost interest.
  21. I agree that Johnson did a lot to tidy up the Ren/Rey narrative, but where he left things more or less made it impossible to go through with a proper redemption arc for Ren with only one film left on the slate, especially with Carrie Fisher's passing. There wasn't a anything set up to deal with First Order's defeat. The Resistance had barely anything left. Johnson made a good film, but there needed to be another 2 or 3 films to get to any sort of solid finale with what he did. This was not simply on Abrams's lack of imagination. Johnson absolutely left them in a bad position.
  22. garrett was about the same as usual from what I've seen. Its just that Io is so much more on point than you usually get from other female wrestlers outside of the top joshi talent which Io is.
  23. I like how people are pretending Lacey didn't have a good match or two with Nattie just a couple of months ago. Lacey in general has improved. Its nothing to do with Sasha. Honestly, I enjoyed Bayley/Dana more outside of Lacey's daughter looking like she wanted to murder Sasha at points. The feud between Lacey and Sasha/Bayley isn't much in general. Bayley's turn was nice, but she had no good faces to really play off making it kind of pointless in the end. Honestly they made a stupid move separating Bayley and Sasha from Becky. Becky losing the belt to either of them for a couple of months would have been nice. The street fight was fun though that legos bump made me cringe a bit.
  24. Just got back from the movie. I enjoyed it a good deal though I wouldn't call it good. I think out of the three movies its easily the best at capturing a good amount of the same feelings you got in the original trilogy. its still kind of a mess trying to work its way into a finale, delivering decent characterization with some depth, all while trying to backpedal on a good amount of the TLJ. Kind felt like a movie was missing in between it and what we got which was kind of expected. As much as I loved The Last Jedi, Johnson kind of made a bigger mess with the ending he left them to work with. It did nothing to set any of sort of finale, and Abrams made things worse by really only carrying over the build to Ren and Rey's stories from it. They desperately needed a Kevin Feige. The Mandalorian is a smaller story and Favreau actually had Clone Wars/Rebels/Resistance's Dave Filoni by his side to help him out with it. I'm not sure Favreau could have really done the job with a whole trilogy. After the TLJ they desperately needed to drop their devotion to a trilogy. Even extending things out to one extra movie would have helped them out a tremendous amount. Never read Aftermath, but are you talking about Snap? I only know about him via the Poe Dameron comic, but that kind of pissed me off.
