I actually liked all three Justice League books this week. Dark stayed a really good read, Odyssey was a lot better than I expected for a book that got delayed for so long, and the main book has me really curious about the potential repercussions Luthor and crew are gonna face when this all ends because of the scale of all the shit they're doing. Action #1003 felt like straight-up filler outside of Red Cloud showing up for like three panels.

That first botched dive wasn't Brie's fault because Logan was supposed to cut her off, but that second one was almost a Sasha Banks special. Alexa's promo was aces even if I'm tired of seeing her get a lion's share of TV time for the women. The opening and closing segments were wonderfully chaotic(Gulak being part of the beatdown caught me by surprise, hahaha) and I wonder if we're gonna see the Shield picking off the help before facing down Braun and Co.

So... Magneto is back to being a mustache-twirling villain at the end of this week's X-Men Blue. New Asteroid M, Brotherhood and everything. Can't really say I like that much at all, but Bunn's on-record as thinking Erik's a true villain, so this was probably always going to be the endgame for Blue aside from sending the O5 back. Extermination was pretty decent, though Teen Cyke being an overly emotional moron and getting the team in trouble was highly annoying. Ahab's new trick with the Hounds is interesting and I wonder who else will get turned. Have a feeling on how Mimic's gonna be used after getting kidnapped and judging by the last scene with teen Angel, he's not gonna have a real good time.

Didn't Elway stump for Gorsuch(sp)? He's probably already angling for one before the Bronco fans wise up to the fact that he doesn't know what the fuck he's he's doing.

He'll probably go back to annoying me pretty fast, but he and Seth were having some really fun tag matches before he got injured.

Marvel's master-class in killing a property has been truly amazing to watch these last few years.

Bryan openly advocating to hold onto grudges until you can kick the other person's ass was kinda problematic. Miz's part was excellent outside of the dumb baby gag. Joe's promo was damn good. Loved what I managed to catch of Usos/Bar. I knew Zelina was tiny, but goddamn did Lana look like a redwood next to her. Found Charlotte/Carmella to be okay, but that barrier moonsault is no bueno. Especially if she's gonna miss as bad as it looked like she did tonight.

Bryan came off like such a massive asshole in the main event segment. So glad Miz tricked him and then kicked his sorry ass. Randy probably would've gotten some brownie points from me if he referred to the Bullet Club as a lame-ass NWO rip-off. Rusev/Almas was a blast. Loved Ellsworth running off at the mouth like a big shot only realize too late that he done fucked up going at his boss. Any bets on who gasses out first between Brock and Joe at SummerSlam?

King of the Ring '99. First time I ever paid for a wrestling PPV with my own money and I got Kane/Show in a never-ending choke spot. I was barely holding on up til then, but holy shit was I bitter after that happened.

With how much he loves campaigning, the mid-terms coming up, and all the Mueller stuff, I'd bet big money on him bringing it up again just like he did earlier today just so it can be a distraction.

Jordan White's been pretty tight-lipped about it when asked, so the BC rumor could definitely be true. Not really expecting an A-list creative team, though it'd be nice. /projectile vomits Just... WHY?

The Pokemon-themed X-Men books is getting bit annoying now. Kinda hoping Marvel will at least hint at Uncanny coming back since both Gold and Blue are ending after Extermination. Guessing Black will be Mags' new Brotherhood. Shame Bunn won't be writing it, though.

Cody's new finisher was ass. Was that supposed to be some kind of Gory Bomb backbreaker? Pretty decent match outside of that. I dozed off twice during Omega/Page and then once more when I tried to watch it again. Kenny spiking himself on that chair was pretty gnarly, admittedly.

I really, really like almost all of Action #1000. The Bendis teaser felt really out of place and I'm not a real big fan of Meltzer because of Identity Crisis, so those would be my two biggest knocks on the book. No Morrison short or even a mention of the Legion made me raise an eyebrow a bit, too. Still though, Jurgens, King, Tomasi, Synder were pretty damn good and Johns wrote Supes probably the best he ever has. All in all, I'm happy.

Well, considering he admitted that Shane was right about Daniel enabling KO and Sami to run roughshod over the roster, I wouldn't feel too froggy about helping him either.

I'm just here for the Kyuubi-lite multi-paragraph tantrums and I haven't been disappointed yet.
