  1. Not happening, but best choice would be Johnny Gargano.
  2. The "problem" of replacing Shane McMahon in the tag match has literally the easiest answer you can imagine: Kendrick.
  3. That's been going on for a while. The Yemeni rebels aren't well equipped enough to do much damage.
  4. ...personally I would have zero idea of what I would be getting from "Dino Butt Mist - NSFW", but I would definitely be sufficiently warned to not click it at work.
  5. Did they? Even if you count the Corre, that's really only three.
  6. Not originally. Bray and Axel were in NXT season 2 and got into the group a few months after the debut.
  7. The way it came off to me was that Punk turned heel, forgoing all the merch money he was making, because 1) he wanted to work with Rock, and 2) he thought it offered a way into the Mania main event (inserting a heel into the Cena/Rock storyline).
  8. What bullshit is this? Vince is famous for writing months and months of storylines ahead of time and then changing shit minutes before they go on air cuz he doesn't like it anymore.
  9. Just go ahead and believe him. If you do, the worst outcome is you got worked by an old carny trying to get one last moment in the spotlight. If you don't, the worst outcome is you cynically mistrusted a dying man's last wish because you didn't want to be a mark. Pascal's Kayfabe.
  10. Well, they tried to patch it again. They just did so very badly. Now, when you get under the map, if you let yourself sink to the bottom in that spot you'll keep going and end up back on the map. It is of course not difficult to just not sink that far and get back into the rest of the under the map parts where you won't have that problem.

  12. Hotring racing is hot garbage. Popular with the NASCAR track racing fucks who are probably missing a chromosome.
  13. Eddie and Benoit certainly are, but here's something about Mania 10: Of the 24 people who wrestled on the card (I'm leaving out managers), 11 are dead. Average age of death was 47. The two people Bret wrestled (Owen and Yoko) both died at the age of 34.
  14. I mean yeah but the counter point that it's better than it's been ever before is also true. Even leaving the mixed tag aside, women get to have more matches now. They get to have LONGER matches now. Storylines aren't great but they're un-great in ways like the US title match is un-great: Poorly-written and executed. Characterization is more complex and varied than it's been. Ten years ago, the only women's match on Mania was a "Playboy Bunny Lumberjill" tag match and it lasted five minutes. Five years ago, there wasn't a women's match on the card. Asuka-Charlotte will probably get 20 minutes including entrances, and the story there is solely about who is the better wrestler. There's plenty to complain about, and WWE can and should do better, but this wasn't the hill you should've picked to die on.
  15. The art of wrestling is making it look significantly more painful than it actually is
  16. Yeah but he also wasn't laying those corner dropkicks in, and while he had a quick snap on the German to Sami he kept them super low so there'd be minimal impact.
  17. Yeah but wrestling is a two way street. Him working looser is almost a prerequisite to his opponent doing the same.
  18. He WASN'T, though. The crowd wasn't cheering evil heel Bray Wyatt being (temporarily) vanquished. They were cheering Daniel Bryan being back. It's why a couple weeks later at the Rumble the crowd barely cared when Wyatt beat him in their singles match blowoff, but the crowd went into full revolt when Mysterio came out at #30 in the Rumble match.
  19. I mean ok but Gregg's second example (the Bryan/Bray vs Usos cage match) was an ok but nothing special match that ended with that stupid "Daniel Wyatt" angle being tossed aside and a previously dead crowd suddenly coming to life and getting behind Bryan in a big way. It was an extremely cool moment and definitely notable but "best match of the decade" isn't even remotely the conversation it belongs in.
  20. I'll see your Finnish bluegrass band and raise you two Croatian cellists:
  21. Is it, though? If the plan is for him to not be wrestling in WWE, why wouldn't they rather an amicable parting that by the way doesn't involve fans AGAIN getting on their case for not making him a main eventer?
