  1. Looking forward to this show more than anything else I’m going to Mania weekend. Going to meet a lot of people in real life for the first time. Can’t wait even though I have to work that day and then drive back to Baltimore to work Friday because this time of year is blacked out at work.

I'm guessing Octavia Spencer kills it, but the film itself doesn't live up to her performance.

Exactly THIS. Movie is a mess but Octavia Spencer goes ALL IN on it. I would recommend it.

A few things bugged me (everyone in the Spider-Man universe getting dusted to make things easier has already been mentioned. I think Peter having to contend with first-year dickhead teacher Flash or something similar in the next movie would’ve been a way to mitigate that a little.) Another dopey thing is Clint going completely off the grid and becoming an untraceable vigilante but still having the same cell phone number. That was pretty wild.

On the second viewing that hit me. Did he continue to pay her cell phone bill for five years? Did he leave her cell phone on the charger in the house where she got dusted?

What happens if you got dusted while in an elevator, do you just show up where the elevator was and plummet to your death?

If you have HBO NOW go check out the episode again.  I think they may have altered the lighting in the first half of the episode it looks different than when I was watching last night.  I could be wrong but it looks brighter/clearer to me and I did not adjust my TV settings.

I turned my TV on for the first time since yesterday and it was still on HBO and I thought things were brighter and then I thought I was being crazy. Just watched the last half again and it definitely seemed clearer

  5. Been sitting here thinking about the dynamics of the snap. Half the world mourned. Some moved on, remarried had kids. Then out of nowhere five years later everyone comes back and to them it was only a second of time.

World leaders gone for what they think is a second and now we have a new president. Just absolute anarchy.

So if the snap isn't undone, and everyone Thanos killed between 2014 and 2023 didn't immediately poof back into existence, is the reality stone now undefended? The Collector is dead, yeah?

The Infinity Stones in our time were destroyed by Thanos and no longer exist. Collector is still dead.

  7. All they did was bring back everyone that was snapped. To the people snapped it was a second but it was still five years.

Tony demanded this compromise so his daughter still existed

They never changed their past, they just collected the stones

Full schedule comes out in a couple of weeks.  First time in a while the defending champ doesn't open the season.

So scared of how much this game will cost if I can’t get tickets when they go on sale but this is the game I’m targeting to travel to next year.

I feel comfortable saying that Anna and the Apocalypse is the best Christmas Zombie musical there's ever been,

Seriously though, it is quite good. Although at times it'll hit you like a pixar movie.

I really enjoyed this one but found myself wishing there were more songs. Highly recommend checking it out though.

I thought the Mortal Engines trailer looked pretty decent but given all these reviews I'll wait to see it at a place other than the theater. Are the books its based on any good?

I went and saw it. It was fine but completely forgettable.

Couldn't agree more, everything from the weeks leading up to it to the show itself is a reminder of why I love wrestling so damn much.  But past the wrestling aspect you have two brothers who started off dirt poor in wrestling and had to hustle their way to get to where they are.  And then there's Cody who was born into this and had his run in WWE.  But he gave that up so he could see what was out there and from day one had that hustle and drive.  At first many were skeptical about him touring the indies because he was a "WWE guy", but especially once he joined Bullet Club he more than proved that he belonged.  What they accomplished is a result of their drive for something more and it paid off beautifully.  It really hit me hard when Cody came out for his match and seeing how much all this meant to him, but watching in a public place I had to stop myself.  But say what you want about him booking himself to win the title but he more than earned that.  He'll be a bigger name attached to the title and it was all worth it seeing the reaction.  I couldn't be happier for him and the Bucks and they deserve all the success they're getting.

With that sappiness out of the way I thoroughly enjoyed the show.  I ended up having to rewatch most of it as I was a Jimmy's and the sounds was at least 10 seconds off (and worse at time)  But at least I was at the same table as @ivpvideos so it was cool seeing him and his crew there.  My least favorite was Cross/MJF but even that was good in establishing MJF as a glorious heel.  Favorite match was the NWA title match due to the emotion of it all but man did I also love Omega/Pentagon.  The other matches super fun.  And for all the talk about the timing of the last two matches I thought they worked out quite well.  Marty had no shot against Okada but the longer the match went the more people were starting to get on board with the possibility of him winning.  He looked like a million bucks and I hope he gets more opportunities at these kind of matches.  And the main was always going to be a "get your shit in" type of match.  That's what I wanted from this considering all six guys and that's exactly what I got.  I'm hoping we get a rematch and for the love of everything somebody setup Rey/Ibushi immediately.  While it sucked they had to rush through it all verbally the nonstop action made for a great time.  I feel bad that Marty and Okada got demonized for the time issue especially considering that wasn't warranted after all.

Total small world moment. It was fun to watch a show with a crowd getting into it like I did back in the day for WWE PPV’s before the network.

Never underestimate the stupidity of the American public.

If that film doesn't have a disclaimer at the end that says to go buy a copy of Meet the Feebles then it can fuck right off

Saw Happytime Murders last night at 10:30 and saw two parents which young children there that did not last past ten minutes.

    Movie was ok.
