Oh I don’t see this happening overnight, but it’s pretty obvious that AEW wants to do things with New Japan. Probably get their guys on Wrestle Kingdom 2022.

It’s was brought up already, but I agree. A few of New Japan’s stars need a break from the promotion. It’s great that Okada has stuck around for so long, but he’s done everything. And constantly artificially stretching it out isn’t working this time with the no rainmaker offense like it did with the dumb pants a couple of years ago.

I find it funny that the kids make up %75 of that trailer, but they aren’t named in big bold letters like the adult actors.

The two times the WWF did it, they did it with the four corners rule.

I actually wished the dog collar had the 4 corner stip. I mean I don’t like when they do the cheap ending with that stipulation, but I really like AAA’s version(Known as Bull Terrier) where it’s essentially just a last man standing match, and it always end with one guy exhaustingly tagging all the ropes in a bloody mess.

I’ve noticed Cash has been doing more flashy moves in matches. The dragon suplex, and now a Gory bomb.

They might just do Kingston again. Eddie’s Dark promos are hinting at a 2nd match soon.

Kind of weird that after months of not performing on either Dynamite, or Dark, they slide Wardlow into this. Bet you he makes the finals somehow now. Edit: AEW put up an extended version of Tana’s message. Further pushing that both companies are willing to play ball with one another. Tana coming in to get his win back would probably make the most sense to do first.

It was very ambiguous. But I’m siding with Brodie doing his best to help Silver. Him instructing Anna to take Silver to the back might’ve been him wanting to get patched up fast.

Looked like they were babyfacing Brodie. This is the most concern he’s ever shown his subordinates on Dynamite.

Kind of two notable things tonight on AEW that have transpired. Tanahashi in front of a New Japan logo sending a quick congrats message to Jericho, and using Lance Archer’s match with Mox at Wrestle Kingdom(Even naming the company, and event). I believe this is the most explicit they’ve been at bringing up New Japan. This may, or may not have anything to do with Harold’s exit from New Japan coming up, and talk of a new US strategy. Edit: Now a 3rd on commentary for Tanahashi, and New Japan. They are really throwing out signals.

Brock is the only guy like Austin who eventually got what he wanted, and management didn’t fight him on it, other than that time after WM XX, but eventually won the case, and then cameback a bigger star. There are some other examples, but Brock, and Austin have similar chips on their shoulders.

This is what I see... Inner Circle with MJF turn on Jericho. Sammy doesn’t agree, and sides with Chris. MJF is revealed to be the one who attacked Hardy. Jericho & Sammy form a truce with Hardy & Private Party to take down the New Inner Circle.
