I actually read on cubsfan blog site (I think) that Konnan has taken over booking and creative. Sounds as if Wagner's wanting to go the independent/per appearance route and he had to drop it to someone. The Alberto thing makes sense, if AAA wants to tie it's promotion to someone who left them high and dry 2 years ago.

The Progress Wembley show seems to be shaping up nicely. Looks like Dunne/Draganov, Walter/Banks and Andrews/Dennis. I'll admit that I haven't been as interested in Progress over the last year, but this card could shape up to be great!

I like WALTER. He is a hoss in the Terry Gordy/Stan Hansen sense in that he isn't some chiseled freak, just a big, mean sob. I'm not putting him at their level by any means, so don't get me wrong. He had a great match with Timothy Thatcher in Progress a few months back that I would recommend. Doesn't try to be some athletic freak and plays the monster role pretty well, imo.

And maybe that's it. But if I have to pause or rewind something to try and figure out what just happened/why it would be a finisher, then it's not a good finisher, imo.

I’m going to bump this because of the horrible finisher Ilya Dragunov uses in WXW called the Torpedo Moscow. It’s a running, leaping head butt. For as much punishment as he takes/dishes out in his matches, it’s incredibly bad, imo.

So apparently the AAA twitch library consists of 2003 and 2011, nothing in between. My inability to speak Spanish and the 8 year gap make it a little challenging to piece together the puzzle. The one thing I have been able to figure out is that it doesn’t matter if its 2003, 2011 or 2018, EVERYTHING in AAA is overbooked.

I caught this on twitch. Talk about an over booked hot mess. It was Wagner Jr vs La Parka. Blue Demon, Hernandez and Wagner's son came down and beat up everyone. 7 or 8 additional wrestlers (including Psycho Clown, Maximo and Mascara) came down and all got their asses kicked. Wagner Jr sat outside the ring, yelling into a microphone and taking selfies. No clue what he was saying. My Spanish starts and stops at asking where the bathroom is.

This would be one time I would be ok if there was a little unprofessionalism and Riddle gave Low Ki a little taste of his own medicine.

I’m watching something from 2011. Psycho Circus wrestling. Psycho Clown is pumping up the crowd at ringside while his partners are getting triple teamed, completely ignoring the match! Haha

Haha, what a shit show those last three matches were! And you can tell the AAA fans are so used to it by now. I think the most entertaining part of that show was going onto cubsfan’s Blog to try and understand wtf I just watched!
