  1. What I love about this is everyone was all " Hey jump in don't be afraid!!!!" While they were just setting you up for the kill!!
  2. I will look forward to discovering what that would POSSIBLY be!!!!
  3. I remember. I gave you a like for it. BUT C'MON!!!!
  4. I can completely understand loving Dumb & Dumber .... but believing it is top 100 ALL TiMEZZ!!!??? Jesus.
  5. I'm just curios.. why is Derrick concerned where Ronda's fine ass is at when he is already getting all that sex? I picked Cookie Monster to decision Randa but I am very happy to be wrong.
  6. Found my ballot. He was indeed the high vote. By one spot.
  7. I don't remember where I placed it in the 2nd 90's poll, but I know it was pretty high. I deeply love that film.
  8. Good run of films on this one. As soon as I saw that poster for Beauty and the Beast I went to Amazon and bought it.
  9. Good news. I don't know how much it will nudge it upward but I voted for King Kong.
  10. If I exclude my bottom 10, I feel like my list is so tight I could bounce a quarter off of it. And really, I wouldn't want to change anything in the bottom 10. But I love me some Powell & Loy.
  11. I was introduced to this film via the movie club, so thanks DVDVR Movie Club!! Like Forbidden Games, The Curse of the Cat People, and more obviously, Pan's Labyrinth, a great film seen from a child's perspective, specifically a young girl's. Also enough religious and political symbolism to pique an interest in learning about that time and place in history. Only gets better with repeated viewings.
  12. Well this sucks. Another Great One gone.
  13. I didn't vote for Point Break either, but it is talked about so much one would think it was a given. I did vote for Point Blank. The idea that it didn't make the cut, it's...it's... Doesn't give me much hope for about 85% of my ballot
  14. So only one vote for Point Blank and one for Point Break? That's just.....crazy.
  15. Bringing Up Baby is great, maybe my 2nd favorite Hepburn film and fourth or fifth favorite Grant. And if I had five different board names and could have submitted five different ballots, it would have been on one of them. But with only a hundred spots to fill, painful decisions are required. As it is, I voted for three different screwballs. One that has already dropped, another which isn't likely to, and a third which, if it doesn't show, will be real grounds for claiming everyone else sucks.
  16. There is a shot of him with his arm in a sling so there is at least a possibility that he doesn't die first.
  17. Then you should check out the Hong Kong Backdraft. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120115/
  18. This. It hasn't helped motivate me that all I ever read about is how depressing it is to watch. As always, these polls are a journey of discovery and now, Caterpillar, Gilles' Wife, and Red Desert have been added to my mental Netflix queue.
  19. If anyone has ever avoided From the Hip because it's a Judd Nelson movie, John Hurt is all the reason you need to watch it.
  20. Goddammit! I thought I had 2 on my 100 ballot and one on HM. If The Treasure of the Sierra Madre doesn't crack the top 10, blame it on me.
