AEW TV - 11/15 - 11/21/2023 - Gears of War

My hatred of Punk is obviously well known, but even I want him to be revealed as the devil, even if I know it isn't in the realm of possibility, because as stated, this is the absolute perfect spot. -
Josh Dobbs to the Vikings.

Best live experiences watching wrestling.
StuntmanCrowley replied to The Natural's topic in The PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
Ive been to so many wrestling shows, i definitely need to revisit this thread when i have more time, but the one moment that sticks out to me above all is seeing Akiyama v Kingston at Full Gear 2022 Zero Hour. I'm a massive Eddie Kingston fan, in and out of the ring and just to be present when seeing a personal favorite achieve something he wanted his whole career, was just, amazing in so many ways. The match itself was amazing and one of my favorite from the night, but the reaction of fulfillment, exhaustion and elation in Kingston's face after it was over was ust incredible. Seeing someone who you respect conquer a milestone like that is something else. Definitely one of, if not my favorite live wrestling memory. -
I read it somewhere, maybe here, that Mike Tomlin should be considered one of the greatest coaches of all time for keeping AB's crazy in check for as long as he did

I collect AEW figures, it's my vice since i stopped drinking. This past few weeks I grabbed Walmart Exclusives - Jericho and Kingston, the LJN Punk, the LJN Darby Allin, Target exclusive Samoa Joe, a Riho that i thought I'd never find on the shelf, Danhausen, and the latest Mr. Brodie Lee in the red suit. I'm really on the look out for Butcher, Blade and The Bunny.

So I need to go back and compile an updated list. But my 1 and 2 are concrete. 1. Danielson/Sabre Jr, WrestleDream 2. Mox/Page, Revolution I was looking at them and what a drastic difference in the types, tempo, just everything about these matches is different and i love the shit out of them. Just a rambling post, thought it was wild and honestly pretty cool to see how different my 1 and 2 are.

Between Nana dancing, Cole/MJF/Strong/Kingdom segments, Christian's schtick and Juice Robinson, I think it might be impossible to watch AEW without smiling and/or laughing.

I had absolutely no knowledge of the manga or cartoon going in, but One Piece was just fantastic. It was a fun, fun watch and my daughter and I have fallen down a rabbit hole with it, including youtube videos of blacksmiths making Mihawk's sword and martial arts masters doing Zoro's 3 Sword technique.

Oh that sounds substantially better, thank you for clarifying that for me.

I haven't been following WWE recently, but I really am curious how they do the handicap match without cutting the legs off of Jimmy and Solo. Really want to see Nakamura take it here, but I'm biased because I'm not a Rollins fan.

So Purdy, a 7th Round pick threw a TD to Bell, a rookie 7th round pick and it has me thinking....how many times has that happened? I feel like it's something that wouldn't happen quite often

AEW TV - 9/20 - 9/26/2023 - Let's Go To Denny's!

I agree with this, but now I want to see Samoa Joe v Edge, so I'm torn. -
When I first signed up to Honor Club, I thought that the PPVs were included. My decision to cancel it was about 85% driven by the fact that they weren't, the other 15% being that "where does one find the time".

AEW TV - 9/6 - 9/12/2023 - NOW 100% CM PUNK FREE!

I wouldn't mind this at all, especially considering FTR hold the tag belts and they were the ones that ended Hangman/Omega's reign, so it would be a fun callback -

Okay, so it has been a LONG time since I updated my list, so bear with me,im sure I'm going to miss something, forget something and will be glad to be reminded. 1. Hangman/Mox, AEW Revolution 2. Cornette is going to be an intolerable dick, but I find that Bischoff is a little more even handed and easy to listen to. I'm not sure if he has released a new one since Punk was fired, but he was calling for Khan to do something with Punk so im curious to see his reaction.

God, I just love AEW. That's it.

The Termination of CM Punk by The Coward Tony Khan
StuntmanCrowley replied to Elsalvajeloco's topic in ALL ELITE WRESTLING
I'm as anti-Punk as they come, but despite being glad he's gone/upset that it's overshadowing all of the good stuff AEW did with All In....... I do have to thank Punk for the Punk/MJF Feud. I was "all in" for that(no pun intended) and enjoyed it so much I bought the shirt. I do think AEW will be lesser without him, my personal feelings aside, but no matter which side you stand on, there is one common denominator with all of this nonsense and it was him. I'm curious how Collision looks going forward and I echo the sentiment (I forget who said it to give credit) that all roads now should lead to Brody King, monster heel champ. -
If anyone on Collision is far game, I really want to see MJF v Brody King, but i guess that's not fair because I want to see Brody King against everyone at least once.

StuntmanCrowley replied to Dolfan in NYC's topic in ALL ELITE WRESTLING
Someone here I think said that after the cumulative damage from All In, someone should just squash OC on Dynamite. I think that idea is pretty great, but do it next week. Have Mox just beat the brakes off of OC, but have it be the penultimate beating and the next week on Dynamite, have someone like Keith Lee/Swerve/Takeshita/ANYONE just come out and murder OC like Brodie did to Cody. -

I'd like to see a returning Fenix cost Mox the match. How long is Pac out for? Danielson? Build to a Death Triangle against BCC(Yuta, Mox, Danielson), while Claudio is busy with Eddie. /fantasy booking -

I'm ready for OC's reign to end(not a shot at OC, but i think it's time), but I really don't want it to be to Mox.
