  1. Turns out it was actually domestic battery (gotta love MMA media!). Odd fact: Mayhem has been arrested every August for the last three years.
  2. Mayhem Miller was arrested for attempted burglary today. No more info.
  3. Refs on WSOF4 gonna get someone screwed tonight.
  4. UFC has finally signed Darrell Montague and he will debut against John Dodson at UFC 166.
  5. Deontay Wilder turned Sergey Liakhovich into one of those dogs running in their sleep during their fight last night. http://deadspin.com/sergey-liakhovich-gets-kod-in-the-first-round-convuls-1090146711
  6. I've always heard fighters say, "You never go into a fight 100%." But it is possible to go into a fight -100%? Jeez.
  7. LOL! Why even show up? For those unaware, we are doing WSOF picks.
  8. Also, Rony Jason vs. Jeremy Stephens at UFC Fight Night 29.
  9. WORLD SERIES OF FIGHTING is having their fourth show this weekend. Yes, it appears Elsalvajeloco's prayers for Ray Sefo vs. Dave Huckaba have been answered. Main Bouts (on NBC Sports Network): -Tyrone Spong (1-0) vs. Angel DeAnda (11-2) -Marlon Moraes (10-4) vs. Brandon Hempleman (9-1) -Ray Sefo (2-1) vs. Dave Huckaba (20-5) -Tyson Griffin (16-6) vs. JZ Cavalcante (17-7-1) -Nick Newell (9-0) vs. Keon Caldwell (9-1) Preliminary Bouts (on WSOF.com): -Jorge Santiago (25-11) vs. Gerald Harris (21-5) -Antonio McKee (28-5-2) vs. Lewis Gonzalez (8-0) -Lew Polley (12-4) vs. Hans Stringer (21-5-2) -Joe Murphy (6-1) vs. John Robles (7-1) -Isaac Gutierrez (5-3) vs. Victor Valenzuela (12-6-2)
  10. Barnett's last top ten win was in December 2006. You're not relevant when you're dusting off Brett Rogers and Nandor Guelmino.
  11. Nah, Josh Barnett isn't relevant.
  12. Bisping vs. Munoz and Guillard vs. Pearson on a card October 26, most likely in England.
  13. Middleweight was the toughest for me. I rank Lombard higher than Boestch because I believe he won that match; higher than Bisping because he's been more impressive in defeat than Bisping has ever been in victory. I wanted to put Rockhold at no. 10, but he lost his only UFC match and, as much as I regret to say it, Bisping has a better UFC record at this point.

  16. Buncha "huh, that fight happened?" fights announced: George Roop vs. Francisco Rivera at UFC 166 Roland Delorme vs. Alex Caceres at UFC 165 Brian Houston vs. Yoel Romero at UFC 164
  17. Machida was given his first shot against Jones by being on a one-fight win streak where he beat Randy Couture. 'nuff said!
  18. No doubt he is transferring that break in his foot over to Jung's right shoulder.
  19. To be fair, Gustaffson's biggest win since losing to Phil Davis was a decision win over a shot-to-hell Shogun.
  20. Yeah, I agree. Machida has really no one but himself to blame for losses like that (and wins where he barely squeaked by).
  21. While I agree it was a terrible decision, Machida in no way "fucked up Davis for nearly 3 rounds."
  22. Another Machida fight that goes to a controversial decision? NO WAY!
