Finally loaded this in the PS4 and got it downloaded with Taken King. Don1004 if anyone wants to add/help me, but I am going to suck until I get lots of practice and figure out what the hell I'm doing. Oh, when the synths were killed at Oberland, it didn't tell me the I completed defend the settlement. So when I fast traveled away, it just told me I failed. Whatever. Usually when I randomly get a failed to defend settlement, I check if I have an autosave from a few minutes ago, which I usually do, so I just reload that and travel to wherever needs help.

So Oberland Station needed my help against an attack, I get there and don't see anything for a little bit. Look where everyone's shooting and they seem to be attacking a brahmin. Thinking maybe someone's just hiding behind it, I run up and see a corpse next to it, brahmin gets shot to death. I search the brahmin first and it has... caps and fusion cells... and a synth component. Huh. Corpse was also a synth. Population went from 12 to 10, so I guess the brahmin counted as a person. Settlers were talking about how the Institute won't mess with them anymore..

So my friend, who half owns a game store which is mostly board games, has gotten me playing new games here and there. The other day, among other things, I played Betrayal at House on the Hill. Was pretty fun until I turned traitor. God, do I hate 6 sided dice with blank spaces on them. Pretty clearly lost when I failed rolls twice to STOP LISTENING TO A MUSIC BOX. Also played Legendary Encounters Alien (he had 1-4 movies, but we only played the first one) and we lost big time at the end. As well as the Marvel Version (we won as a group but I was biggest loser) I'm too competitive a person to play board games when I suck at them.

One of my random fast travels back to Sanctuary had the settlement being attacked by a Deathclaw. They had it 4/5 taken care of though, so one shot at its tail put it down. Afterwards one of the settlers thanked me for taking care of raiders.

So my friend had talked me into getting Fallout 4 as he was waiting at Gamestop for the 11:01 release. I had just bought a PS4 earlier in the night (Target had it $2.50 cheaper than black friday deals, so fuck waiting in line) so I got it for that.
