Went to The Fall Guy last night and loved it. Perfect summer movie, reminded me of a high end version of something like Romancing the Stone. Funny, charming, and the stunts were great. It won't, but I would be all in on a sequel. It has a great montage during the end credits showing behind the scenes of all the stunt work

And apparently they're not going to have a name going into next season, it's not supposed to debut until 2025-26. They're just going to have generic Utah jerseys for next year. Super embarrassing. This guy has apparently been angling for an NHL team for awhile, he doesn't already have a name and logo thought of? Shit, man, I had my own fictional hockey league with 200+ teams that I designed jerseys and logos for when I was 12.

The Turin Horse is my favourite apocalypse movie. It is just outstanding

much too long, that was one of the worst matches ever put on a big show. so much fake drama that no one was buying and the weakest super kicks you've ever seen positives: liked the mysterio match, truth got a great moment, jade looked awesome, sami/gunther was as good as expected

i'm going to miss the boys. they add so much to dalton's act and its good to have some npc's

I haven't watched The Silent Partner in years, but remember really liking it. It is also a bit of a curiosity, being an early Canadian attempt at a straight genre film. 1970s Elliott Gould is always worth a watch.

There's an upgraded print of Messiah of Evil that improves the movie immensely (and it was already very good). It is a gorgeous film.

Watched Poor Things tonight, it was super horny and weird. More movies should be like that. Out of the Best Picture nominees I've seen (Killers, Maestro, Barbie, Oppenheimer, Holdovers, half of Anatomy) it's been my favourite.
